A billet of soft carbon steel is heated to around 1200°C. It’s then pounded under extreme pressure by massive forging hammers. This process compresses the metal’s grain structure, making it denser and improving feel and consistency at impact.
CNC Milling and Trimming
Excess material is trimmed, milled, and drilled using CNC machines to achieve exact lofts, lies, and weights. The hosel is drilled, the face and grooves are milled.
Finishing
The wedge is polished and buffed to smooth the surface. Finally, the shaft is installed, and the club is gripped, swing-weighted, and quality-tested before shipping it out to you
